We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual willing to assume the position of delivery driver, with immediate start.
We are an independent pharmacy, located in Hull (Hu9) , who prides itself in the service we provide to our patients.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing good customer service with customers and surgeries
- Serving patients by understanding their needs
- Maintaining safe operation and clean appearance by complying with the organisations operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Safely and efficiently transport prescriptions to designated locations
- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Communicate with patients to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
- Complete necessary paperwork and log sheets for each delivery
Candidate requirements (essential):
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with local roads and routes
