Camfil UK has 2 production sites based in Lancashire and Kent. Globally, the Camfil group employs over 6000 people and has headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
We are now seeking someone to work in our customer services department based at our Haslingden site.
Role Overview:
Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing of quotations.
- Processing orders.
- Handling Customers queries.
- Raising Credit notes.
- Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.
- Complete understanding of pricing.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.
- Basic Product Knowledge.
Requirements:
- Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.
- Intermediate to high level of ability in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Be an excellent communicator and have an ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Knowledge of D365.
Hours of work
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday.
