Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer looking for your next career move?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham, taking ownership of your own caseload while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion, providing a high level of service throughout.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Dealing with searches, enquiries, exchange and completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Managing transactions efficiently and keeping clients regularly updated
- Supporting colleagues within the wider Residential Property team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Taking an active role in networking and business development
- Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Residential Property department
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and motivated property professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You will ideally have:
- 3–5 years' PQE, or equivalent experience
- Qualification as a Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Good technical knowledge of residential property law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- An interest in networking and business development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
