Senior Logistics Operative
Day Shift | 4 on 4 off | 6:00am to 18:00pm

Are you someone who likes to keep things organised, keep things moving and take pride in a job done properly?
We are looking for a Senior Logistics Operative to join our team and help keep our Despatch operation running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or despatch experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes being part of a team that makes a real difference every shift.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the smooth running of the Despatch operation
- Making sure orders are picked, prepared and ready to go on time
- Completing stock counts and helping keep stock accurate
- Monitoring stock rotation and flagging any issues
- Ensuring packaging and despatch supplies are ready when needed
- Working closely with other departments to keep everything flowing
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working area
What we’re looking for
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or despatch
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift truck or electric pump truck licence, or willingness to be trained
- Full driving licence and own transport
- A reliable, flexible and hands-on attitude
