We are looking for a Senior Business Administrator to join our Crew at the JLR Experience centre in Eastnor. Someone who makes the JLR experience feel effortless. Working at the heart of the venue team, you’ll be the warm, organised presence behind every seamless booking, every perfectly timed arrival and every moment guests feel genuinely looked after. What you'll do:
- Be the warm, professional first point of contact for every client and visitor - hosting arrivals, checking documentation and setting the tone for a world-class experience.
- Own the full booking journey from first enquiry to day of visit - handling bookings, processing payments and conducting pre-attendance calls so every client arrives prepared and excited.
- Keep the diary running with precision - maintaining Checkfront and Deputy, scheduling around instructor availability and managing amendments and cancellations calmly and accurately.
- Coordinate all catering, refreshments and hospitality for client bookings, introducing Product Experts and ensuring every touchpoint meets Modern Luxury standards.
- Manage all client enquiries and group email accounts, responding promptly and professionally in line with company process - and ensuring no message goes unanswered.
- Complete daily impression sheets, system alignment checks and inventory updates to keep operations running smoothly and accurately at all times.
- Champion 5S standards across all client-facing areas of the venue, ensuring every space always presents to the premium standard JLR guests expect.
- Support the wider venue team with project work, reporting and any additional administrative tasks that help the team deliver at its very best.
What we are looking for
- If you are the right person and can start immediately, that is a real bonus.
- Whilst we are predominately looking for a Full time employee but we will consider short term contract applications.
- A background in hospitality or customer-facing roles - you understand what genuinely exceptional service looks and feels like.
- Enthusiasm, drive and commitment, with the confidence to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively with minimal supervision.
- A real team player - someone who can get stuck in and work together with the current team to make magic happen.
- Sharp organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail - nothing slips through the net on your watch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - equally at home on the phone, by email or face-to-face with senior guests.
- Account management and financial reporting confidence - you’re comfortable handling numbers and keeping records accurate.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work a rota pattern that includes some Saturdays - because outstanding experiences don’t stop at the weekend.
- A full UK driving licence.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
