Role Overview
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Waiter / Café Assistant to join our busy team at 1882 Café & Bistro.
Providing excellent customer service in our café and bistro.
Taking customer orders and serving food and drinks.
Preparing high-quality coffees and speciality drinks.
Keeping the café clean, organised and well presented.
Working as part of a supportive and fast-paced team.

About You
Previous barista experience is essential.
A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
A willingness to learn – full training will be provided for all other aspects of the role.
Weekend availability is essential.
Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
