Shaw Hill Leisure is looking to recruit a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
Golf knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house duties on the Leisure & Golf Reception
- Handling membership enquiries
- Conducting gym and pool tours for prospective members
- Delivering excellent customer service to all guests and members
Requirements:
- Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends
- Willingness to cover holidays when required
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
