Junior Office Manager - Construction
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Office Manager to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, organised, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Develop your office management skills with a high-end marble fabricator serving London’s most prestigious residences.
Front of House & Reception
- Hospitality: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and warmly host clients, visitors, and staff.
- Reception: Manage phone inquiries, take accurate messages, and handle mail/parcel distribution across sites.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting spaces and order catering/lunches for client and supplier meetings as needed.
Office & Showroom Assistance
- Space Maintenance: Ensure offices, showrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, and staff areas are immaculate and fully stocked.
- Sample & Sales Support: Manage the Samples Requests Inbox, arrange sample dispatches, and keep accurate records in our CRM.
- Events & Culture: Organise staff socials (Monthly Brunches, Quarterly Drinks, Summer & Christmas parties) and assist with client events.
- Administrative Operations: Manage stationery budgets, staff uniform allocations, training courses (First Aid, Fire Marshal, CSCS cards), travel and accommodation bookings.
Facilities, Equipment & Fleet Management
- H&S Compliance: Adhere to Government and Company HASAW (Health and Safety at Work) policies.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure office equipment and facilities are in good working order; liaise with cleaning contractors and log service contracts.
- Fleet Logistics: Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, hire cars, parking/toll accounts, and the company Uber account.
- Equipment & Utilities: Log monthly utility meter readings, place equipment orders, and keep inventory logs up to date.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in reception, office administration, facilities coordination, or hospitality and an interest in Construction.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and software such as Salesforce, or Procore (or willingness to learn).
- Communication & Discretion: High level of professionalism, polite phone manner, and maturity when handling confidential information.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead.
- Proactive Mindset: A hands-on problem solver who takes pride in creating a seamless, safe, and positive environment for everyone.
This is a full time, office-based role, 7.30am - 4.30pm.
