Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest enjoyment
- Address guest inquiries with clear communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when handling reservations or questions over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, supporting a lively and welcoming atmosphere
Skills
Bar Skill / Cocktails is a bonus
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of service standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Proven guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Serving experience to confidently handle food delivery and customer needs
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for reservation handling and guest inquiries
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment
