We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our fast growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting colleagues in a fast paced environment.
As a senior member of the team , you will handle complex client enquiries, support and coach colleagues, monitor service quality and help ensure we consistently exceed our clients expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats and client enquiries professionally
- Deliver exceptional service while representing multiple client businesses
- Support and mentor customer service representatives
- Assist with training for team members
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback
- Implement client updates in a timely manner
About you
You'll be someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates confidently and enjoys helping both clients and colleagues succeed.
Full training will be given however you will need the following skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, ideally telephone answering
- Proven experience of handling complex enquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach
Preferred experience in the following:
- Previous experience in managing multi-client calls and / or live chats
- Experience in supervising or mentoring colleagues
- Social media and LinkedIn experience even if personal
The Senior Customer Service Rep role would begin after full training and an initial 3 months probationary period as a customer service representative.
