Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00
- Saturdays: 07:30 – 12:30
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to identify, sort, and handle various metals grades safely
- Provide excellent customer service for walk-in visitors
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing the yard operations
- Support lorry arrivals and departures, including safe operations around heavy vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Opportunity to train on crane operation if suitable
Skills & Attributes:
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Motivated, willing to learn, and able to work in a busy environment
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Commitment to health and safety procedures
- Previous experience in metal recycling, industrial work, or manual labour is advantageous but not required
