Salary: £26,095.80 - £26,189.80 per annum (pay award pending)
Hours: 35 hours per week (including evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

This is more than a housing role.
You'll be the steady, trusted presence for people living in our supported accommodation - helping them move from simply having a place to stay, to building the confidence, skills and independence to truly live well in their own home.
You'll balance people-focused support with excellent housing practice, ensuring homes are safe, tenancies are well managed, and people are empowered to thrive.
A calm professional in challenging situations, and a positive role model. Someone who sees strengths, not just needs.

Someone who can build trusting, respectful relationships with people of different ages and backgrounds

Experience within a housing or support based role

An understanding of, and commitment towards the principles of safeguarding

The ability to communicate effectively with the people we support, with colleagues, and with professionals

Someone solution-focused, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

A team player who can also work independently when needed
