Job Title: Performance, Data & IT Officer
Contract Hours: 22.2hrs per week
Annual Salary: £33,323 pro rata
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 6% pension contribution

Accountable to: Head of Operations
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Support the Head of Operations, Leeway’s named Data Controller, to ensure the collection, storage and use of data is compliant with statutory, regulatory and local requirements
- Support the Senior Management team to format and analyse data to review and monitor staff and service performance management
- Work with Leeway’s IT providers to ensure staff have the equipment, access and training they require to undertake their roles effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- To support Leeway’s Data Controller to oversee, manage and maintain all data collection, storage and management systems, ensuring that Leeway comply with Data Protection legislation and Leeway policies.
- To be responsible for archiving and destroying data as appropriate and conducting all Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA’s) for the organisation.
- To support the Senior Management Team to access service performance data in order to formulate reports for the Board of Trustees
- To maintain the data breach log, investigate, record and report all data breaches or near misses according to Data Protection legislation and Leeway policies.
- To oversee, manage, and maintain all IT & Telecommunications on behalf of the organisation, including issuing equipment to staff, being the main point of contact with suppliers and liaising with finance staff to maintain the fixed asset register.
- Support staff to make best use of databases and information systems by providing access to appropriate training
- To be responsible for recording and processing all data access and freedom of information requests, as directed by the Data Controller

Pay: £33,323.00 per year
