We are looking for someone to join our team of Care assistants in Wellington House.
we are looking for someone join our team at wellington house on a full time basis, are shifts are either 6 hours or 12 and start at 07:30- 1330 or 1330 1930.
The 12 hour shifts run from 07:30 - 1930.
We work a fixed Rota and alternate weekends one on one off.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients in care homes or during home care visits.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and care provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Experience in home care and care home settings
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
