MKL Motors is a family run business and is seeking a motivated, experienced automotive Service Advisor looking to work for an established Independent Service and Repair Centre.
Working within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will take ownership of looking after our customers while their vehicles are with us for servicing or repairs.
MKL Motors also has a rental fleet , and the right person will be combining the customer service role with maintaining a solid relationship with all our rental drivers , ensuring paper work is correct , supporting their needs and fulfilling the adminstrative requirements.
MKL Motors is a very active workshop , and the relevant person will need a full driving CLEAN licence. As part of this hybrid role , the right person will be carrying out test drives to assess completed works , drop vehicles off to clients or collect parts from suppliers.

- Has excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Has experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Has a good mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and parts
- Is organised with a keen eye for detail
- Is capable of meeting targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
