Dansflore Limited, operating as Dyno-Plumbing, is looking for an experienced and people-focused Field Operations Support Coordinator to support our team of plumbing engineers across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
This role requires extensive plumbing experience, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. You will provide hands-on operational support to our engineers while helping to improve performance, customer service and employee morale.
The Role & What We're Looking For
- Extensive plumbing experience is essential
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to support and advise engineers
- Mentor and coach engineers to develop their skills and performance
- Oversee and support the day-to-day running of field operations
- Conduct regular field visits and engineer check-ins
- Assist with technical queries and challenging plumbing jobs
- Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints
- Identify training and development needs within the team
- Work closely with management, scheduling and office teams
- Help improve engineer morale, motivation and engagement
- Recognise good performance and encourage a positive team culture
- Confidently manage difficult conversations and performance concerns
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Be approachable, organised, proactive and an excellent communicator
