We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Day Shift Healthcare Assistants to join our welcoming team.
Set in a beautiful location overlooking Petworth and the South Downs, our home provides a bright and uplifting environment for both residents and staff. With modern facilities and a strong focus on creating a warm, supportive atmosphere, we are proud to be rated Good by the CQC and are registered to care for up to 32 residents.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential — full training provided
- Valid driving licence (due to our rural location)
- Good written and spoken English for clear communication
- Basic IT skills to maintain accurate electronic care records
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised with good time management
- A compassionate nature and genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
