Base Salary of £32,500 plus an estimated tronc of £5,580, for a potential total earning of £38,000.

The Role
- Remunerated at £38,000 p/a, inclusive of service charge.
To cook, deliver and present a refined selection of Room Service food and drink.
- To manage time effectively in order to meet the demands of guest orders promptly.
- To operate and attend to the Room Service telephone, receiving orders and communicating clearly and correctly with guests about their order.
- To coordinate appropriately with both Night and Day departments appropriately to keep them informed of any Food & Beverage related issues.
- To carry out regular quality checks and ensure all health & safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
- To complete the nightly close, ensuring the venue is fully prepared for the following day's service.
