We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Deputy House Managers and Senior Support Workers to join our dedicated residential children’s care team. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive organisation that values kindness, professional development, and high-quality care.
About the Role
As a Deputy House Manager or Senior Support Worker, you will:
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and young people
- Provide care, encouragement, and guidance to help each child reach their full potential
- Support the delivery of trauma-informed and best-practice care approaches
- Lead by example, helping to guide and mentor less experienced team members
- Play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment
