Are you a passionate and skilled Cath Lab Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in one of Belfast's leading healthcare facilities? We’re looking for a dedicated nurse to join our dynamic and fast-paced Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all procedures within the cath lab including angiograms, angioplasties, stenting, and pacemaker insertions
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care to cardiac patients
- Monitor and manage patients under conscious sedation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health & safety, and clinical governance guidelines
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the NMC (Nursing and Midwife Council) – Active PIN required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab, Cardiology, or Theatre setting
- ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
