Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Auction Valuer to join our client's growing team and lead the valuation process across multiple regions. In this pivotal role, you will assess assets, provide accurate market valuations for auction properties and support auction activities to ensure transparency and fairness. Your expertise will drive the success of our auction operations, helping clients and stakeholders make informed decisions. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of assets to determine accurate market values, utilising industry-standard valuation techniques.
- Coordinate and oversee auction activities within your designated region, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and auction participants to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilise IT tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, to compile data, generate reports, and maintain detailed records of valuations and auction results.
- Drive to various locations within your region for asset inspections, valuations, and on-site assessments as needed.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless auction processes and share critical insights.
- Organize schedules, manage documentation efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret asset data accurately and make informed valuation decisions.
- Valid driving license with reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data management and reporting purposes.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to addressing stakeholder needs.
- Basic understanding of auction processes or experience in asset valuation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
