Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Support individuals with personal care where required.
- Assist with moving and handling.
- Support service users with daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and promote dignity.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Follow safeguarding, medication and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' paid UK experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
- A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential.
- Drivers are welcomed but not essential.
