Experienced Mechanic / Workshop Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Mechanic / Workshop Foreman to join our small, highly skilled team involved in the construction of bespoke, low-volume supercars.
The successful candidate will have extensive practical experience in the building, assembly and development of high-performance vehicles, with a strong understanding of all major mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, wiring and vehicle electrics.
Working closely with the management team, the Workshop Foreman will be responsible for leading and coordinating a small team of mechanics, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards of quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in high-performance or specialist vehicle construction and assembly.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including engines, drivetrains, suspension and associated systems.
- Good understanding of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team.
- A meticulous approach to quality, workmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Experience reading and interpreting CAD drawings would be advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy is required, as the role will include some administrative and production-related tasks.
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to become involved in all aspects of vehicle construction.

Pay: £35,000.00-£49,923.83 per year
