Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and outgoing person to join our small, friendly property team based in Glasgow City Centre.
We are looking for someone who is organised, conscientious, and able to manage their workload effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to communicate professionally with a range of clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in a property role, preferably residential lettings is required.
Hours: Initially 25–30 hours per week with potential to increase as required, and scope for reduced and flexible hours..
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling telephone and email enquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors in a professional and efficient manner;
· Assisting with the preparation and administration of tenancy documentation, including leases, inventories, and compliance paperwork;
· Ensuring keys are properly managed and logged;
· Supporting the coordination of property maintenance issues and effectively prioritising issues as well as liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords regarding repairs and access arrangements;
· Updating and maintaining accurate property, tenant, and landlord records on internal systems;
· Assisting with arranging property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs;
· Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day office operations and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time;
· Assisting with compliance checks and ensuring required documentation is up to date;
· Preparing marketing materials and online property listings where required;
· Managing diaries, appointments, and scheduling for the lettings team;
· Filing, scanning, and organising documents both digitally and physically; and
· Providing general administrative support across the residential lettings department
Full, clean driving licence and access to a car is preferable, but not essential.
This role would suit someone looking for flexible working with the option to progress if desired.
Salary is £28,000 per annum pro rata
Office hours: Mon - Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm
Pay: £12.71 per year
