Rapid Response Cleaner

We are seeking a Rapid Response Cleaner responsible for recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio, working in line with their Sector Manager’s area requirements.
This role involves travelling between sites and responding to changing operational needs, with rotas defined on a weekly or daily basis.
Job Description
The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and ownership of cleaning standards across multiple locations.
Working hours fall within an 8-hour window between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Friday, with a company van provided for travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations within assigned sites
- Respond to Sector Manager requests as required
- Complete periodic cleaning to 100% in line with client specifications and schedules
- Adhere to all client security procedures and policies at all times
- Maintain effective working relationships with client representatives and company personnel
- Ensure familiarity with opening and lockup procedures across all contracts
- Conduct site familiarisation for new employees, covering cleaning regimes, waste processes, and procedures
- Maintain tidy storerooms and ensure correct stock storage
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels, escalating issues to the relevant manager
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Friday
- Good time management and reliability
- Able to build professional working relationships
- Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively

Work Location: In person
