The Opportunity:
This role is built for aspiration. We are on the search for a full-time Marketing & Events Assistant to join our growing Exeter team. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting a range of functions across the business.

The role will see you work across multiple teams and projects, contributing where needed to help deliver our global portfolio of executive-level technology events.
The role will see you develop skills in prompt engineering, campaign automation, copywriting as well as customer profiling.
Day to day duties of the role include:
- Marketing Support: Assisting with email campaigns, automation, content distribution, and basic analytics.
- Event Logistics: Venue research, supplier liaison, and materials preparation.
- Client Engagement: Interacting with senior technology executives via email, phone, and digital platforms.
- Project Management: Maintaining up-to-date timelines and internal systems.
- Onsite Delivery: Attending live events (locally, in London, and occasionally internationally) to support guest hosting and execution.
- Team Collaboration: Contributing to a proactive culture and jumping into internal projects as needed.
What we are looking for:
This is an entry-level position, so prior experience isn’t essential. We are looking for someone who is:
- Someone who would prefer to learn than be bored! And keen to grow and forge a career in marketing.
- An interest in LLMs and the ability to adapt quickly as workplace tools evolve.
- Degree-qualified: ideally in marketing or technology.
- Highly organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
- A confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
