The Role:
We are looking for experienced and energetic Bar & Front of House Staff to join our team at The Black Horse. You will be the face of our pub, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent service to all our guests.
Key Duties:
- Front of House: Provide friendly, efficient table service, taking food and drink orders and ensuring a great customer experience.
- Bar Work: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including draught beers, ales, and spirits.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation during busy service.
- Compliance: Adhere to all licensing and health & safety regulations.

- Proven experience in a similar Pub or front of house role.

- Pay is up to £12.21 (depending on age) per hour , tips on top of hourly rate.

- This is a part-time role with a guaranteed minimum 15 hours each week which will incorporate a mix of rota patterns.
- Daytime Rota: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Evening Rota: 5:00 PM - 9:00/10:00 PM
- Sunday Rota: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (days) and 3:00 PM - Close (evenings)
