Summary
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person, who has a range of practical skills to join our successful school team, working under the guidance of the present Site Supervisor 3 to help keep our site clean, healthy and safe.
We are fortunate to have a large rural site with multiple buildings, therefore the role is full of variety and you will need to be flexible in your daily routine. You will need to be pro-active and take pride in the school. Good relationships with children and adults are essential.
The successful candidate will have all the benefits of working in an educational environment for the Lancashire County Council. Presently, the position also has the benefit of membership of the School's Education Mutual health and wellbeing services.

- NVQ Level 2 qualification in Caretaking (or equivalent)
Essential Experience
- Ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills
- Ability to work in an organised and methodical way with attention to detail skills
- Ability to use powered tools and equipment relevant to the role and basic DIY/Repair skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience of undertaking manual tasks
- Practical experience of monitoring contract arrangements
