We are an established independent florist with a reputation for delivering beautiful flowers for everyday occasions, weddings, funerals and special events.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Florist to lead our Wokingham shop. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional floristry standards, leading the shop team and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

The Role
This is a full-time, hands-on floristry position based at our Wokingham shop.
You will lead the day-to-day floristry operation, ensuring all bouquets, arrangements and tributes are produced to the highest standards whilst supporting and developing the shop team.
You will work closely with the business owners to ensure the shop operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFloristry
- Design and create high-quality bouquets, hand-tied arrangements and gift flowers.
- Produce funeral tributes and sympathy arrangements with care and attention to detail.
- Create wedding flowers and event work as required.
- Ensure all floristry work meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and keep up to date with seasonal flowers and trends.
- Ensure fresh flowers are conditioned and cared for correctly.
Shop Leadership
- Lead and support the floristry team on a daily basis.
- Organise daily workloads and prioritise customer orders.
- Motivate team members through a positive and supportive approach.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior florists.
- Lead by example through excellent workmanship and customer service.
This is a hands-on floristry role.
During busy periods including:
- Valentine's Day
- Mother's Day
- Christmas
you will work alongside the team producing floral designs, serving customers and helping ensure the smooth running of the shop.
