Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated front waiting staff.
Tueaday to sunday 5pm to 10pm
Applicants must be over the age of 18 years of age have atleast 1 year experience in hospitality
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements as needed
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and service stations throughout shift
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar environment is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
