Bramble Hall Day Nursery is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Bank Staff to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for parents, carers, students, retired practitioners, or anyone looking for flexible work during school hours. As a member of our bank team, you will support our Baby, Toddler, and Pre-School rooms, helping to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Duties include:
- Implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children in the early years age range.
- Working closely as a supportive team, following instructions and guidance from room leaders and management.
- Providing individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, stimulating environment.
- Covering staff absence when required.
- Covering busy lunch time periods when required.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a relevant Level 2 qualification is desired, but not a requirement for this position.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is desired.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is desired.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
