Job Summary

Duties
- Design, install, and maintain farm infrastructure such as livestock and crop systems, drainage networks, and structural facilities to support crop production.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to identify issues early and implement timely repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with the farm owner and farm managers to develop technical solutions that improve crop yield and resource efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and automation systems to streamline farm operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all engineering activities.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, system performance data, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in farm infrastructure design, machinery maintenance, or related agricultural engineering roles.
- Good knowledge of John Deere, JCB, Bateman equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, schematics, and specifications accurately.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and training staff.
