What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and approachable leader who can build strong relationships with drivers while maintaining clear standards and accountability.
You will need to be comfortable dealing with people-management issues one minute and operational or transport-compliance challenges the next.
This would particularly suit an experienced Driver Manager or Transport Supervisor who already holds their Transport Manager CPC and is looking for a role that provides broader management responsibility while allowing them to maintain and develop their transport compliance experience.
If you're an organised, proactive manager who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys leading teams and is confident taking ownership of both driver performance and transport standards, we'd love to hear from you.
