Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages & cocktails accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster a positive atmosphere
- Manage cash transactions, process payments
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness of the bar area at all times
- Restock supplies and organize bar for smooth operation during busy hours
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and uphold safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and support during peak hours
- Weekend availability essential
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
