We’re looking for skilled, semi-skilled and highly practical people to join our growing installation team.
You don’t necessarily need to be a qualified joiner. If you’re a very practical, hands-on person with experience using tools, working with timber or carrying out similar trade work, we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll need to be confident using tools, working at height and working safely within loft spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Install loft ladders, hatches and enlarged openings
- Fit raised loft storage floors
- Complete installations to a high standard in customers’ homes
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional working environment
- Follow all company health & safety procedures and installation standards
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Skilled, semi-skilled or highly practical and hands-on
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Comfortable working with timber and carrying out practical work
- Able to learn new skills and follow our installation systems and standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working in loft spaces
- Reliable, hardworking and professional
- Confident dealing with customers and working as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence – essential
Previous experience in joinery, carpentry, loft boarding, roofing, other practical trades would be an advantage.
This is not a labouring or DIY role. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely practical, takes pride in their work and wants to develop their skills.
Training & Progression
- 6–8 weeks of on-the-job training with an experienced installer
- Full training in our specialist installation systems and company standards
- Opportunity to become aLOFT-E® factory-authorised installer
