About the role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for a Risk Manager to support recovery and resolution planning across our global entities. You’ll join a lean, second line of defence team to build the frameworks, test controls, and partner closely across functions to drive key resolution priorities.

What you'll be doing-
Supporting the end-to-end delivery of the 2026/2027 Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF) roadmap to ensure full compliance ahead of the 2028 deadline

Designing, authoring, and maintaining resolution playbooks and rigorous evidence packs across critical capabilities, including funding in resolution, valuations, and restructuring

Designing and executing our 2027 resolution testing cycles, and proactively tracking capability gaps, identifying owners, mapping dependencies, and managing remediation plans

Managing complex dependencies, and collaborating across the group, RBUK, BUAB, etc. to bridge teams across Treasury, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations

Synthesising complex financial, operational, and regulatory data into crisp, boardroom-ready governance materials for senior leadership and risk committees
What you'll need-
5+ years of experience in resolution execution, recovery planning, RAF, solvent wind-down, operational continuity in resolution (OCIR), valuations, funding in resolution, restructuring, etc.

A background in banking, prudential risk, or financial regulations

A proven ability to take ambiguous regulatory requirements and build them out into structured project plans, data trackers, playbooks, and evidence files

Exceptional writing skills with experience structuring clear arguments for high-level governance committees

The ability to influence and constructively challenge subject matter experts (SMEs) across Treasury, Legal, and Operations without creating friction
Nice to have-
Direct experience working within the Bank of England Resolution Directorate or a similar resolution authority

Hands-on experience with BoE RAF or SRB/ECB resolution planning expectations

Technical understanding of bail-in mechanisms, MREL, or bank capital and liquidity architectures

A background in top-tier consulting, specialising in prudential risk or large-scale regulatory remediation
Compensation range-
Poland: PLN20,500 - PLN24,100 gross monthly*
