We’re looking for a skilled, fast, and reliable Barista to join the team at Pocket. This is a full‑time role in a high‑volume, quality‑driven café and we need someone who can deliver consistency, speed, and great customer experience every day.
What You’ll Do
- Make exceptional coffee — dial in, maintain quality, and work cleanly during busy service
- Run a fast bar — manage queues, stay calm under pressure, and keep drinks moving
- Deliver great customer service — friendly, efficient, and confident with guests
- Support the floor — clearing, resetting, helping the team during peak times
- Follow standards — hygiene, cleaning routines, stock rotation, and opening/closing duties
