We are currently recruiting for a responsible individual for the role of Car Park / Mall Security Officer in Castle Court Shopping Centre, Belfast.
An up to date SIA licence in CCTV and Manned Guarding is essential for this role

- Recent experience of working in the security sector
- 5-year checkable work history, including references
- Excellent communication, IT and report writing skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated previous cash handling
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Given the nature of the role, we would expect the successful applicant to be flexible in terms off hours and days of work
- Must be physically fit to conduct car park patrols for the centre
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, IOSH - desirable but not essential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the point of contact for the Site Supervisor, Centre manager, the Managing Agent, and the Client/Landlord, in all of your activities as a car park security officer
- Maintain and develop strong beneficial relationships with the public and retailers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the centre
- Maintain a safe and effective environment for members of the public and retailers
- Ensure that regular client contact is maintained by customer contact reports and that excellent working relationships are developed to ensure the highest level of customer focus
