Kitchen Porter – The Crown Inn (Potted Goose Pubs)
Join our food-led pub with rooms, The Crown Inn, part of the Potted Goose Pubs, as a reliable and motivated Kitchen Porter. Play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supporting our chefs in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils to high hygiene standards
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and ingredient prep when required
- Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and safe
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Dishwasher, or similar is desirable but not essential – training provided
- Hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
