We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at a clinical premises.Experience of clinical cleaning required.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be capable of working independently, and possess previous experience in commercial cleaning environments. This position offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality cleaning services to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in a clinical enviroment
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to organisational standards
- Use specialised cleaning products safely and effectively
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed within designated timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning roles is essential additional site training will be provided
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for ensuring thoroughness in all tasks
- Good communication skills to report issues effectively and follow instructions accurately
This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work with flexible hours, who take pride in creating clean and hygienic environments. Prior experience in commercial cleaning working in the UK will be considered an asset
Pay: £12.71 per hour
