We are looking for highly motivated Registered Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner to join our expanding Theatre Scrub Team at the new Specialist and Critical Care Centre.
The Grange University Hospital will provide a a centre of excellence in Gwent to treat the most seriously ill patients or those with significant injuries.
The theatre department provides a 7 day 24 hour service, with the requirement to work occasional weekends, nights and support other theatre departments within ABUHB. The department will undertake both emergency and elective procedures, covering General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Obstetrics, Max Fax, Gynaecology, CEPOD and Trauma.
Newly appointed candidates will undertake a comprehensive training programme supported by our designated theatre Practice Educator.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
