We are a luxury boutique day spa in the heart of Holland Park, and we’re looking for a warm, polished and enthusiastic Weekend Receptionist to become part of our friendly team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves the beauty and wellness industry, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, five-star experience for every client.
Hours
- Saturday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Additional weekday shifts may occasionally be available to cover holidays and staff absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and delivering a five-star customer experience
- Managing appointments and diary bookings
- Answering telephone calls and responding to client enquiries
- Managing WhatsApp messages and online bookings
- Taking payments and processing transactions
- Promoting and recommending retail products
- Preparing refreshments for clients
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the spa
- Maintaining an immaculate reception area and client spaces
- Providing administrative support to the owner when required

- Previous reception experience within a spa, salon, aesthetic clinic or beauty clinic is essential
- Someone who is dependable, punctual and takes pride in turning up for every scheduled shift
- Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays every weekend

Ayanna Spa is located in beautiful Holland Park, West London, with excellent transport links.
