Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a change or Experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up for a new challenge.
We are seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a children’s residential home. In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care tailored to the needs of children and young people, fostering a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the children’s home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans that meet each child’s unique needs and promote their well-being
- Recruit and motivate staff members, providing guidance, training, and developing a competent team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with families, and children's professional network other to support positive outcomes for children
- Ensure effective managment oversight, recording and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in Residential Management in Children's Homes.
- Level 3 In Residential Childcare.
- Level 5 Leadership and Maangement in Residential Childcare ( or working towards, willing to underatake in agreed timescale)
- Strong leadership, communication and people skills.
- Supervison and performance management experience.
- Excellent organisational and decission making skills.
- Strong knowledge of childrens homes regulation , qulaity standards and safeguarding practise.
- Full Driving license
- Right to work.
- Trauma informed or therapeutic training (preferred)

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
