The Good Garden Company, based in Epsom, has a well-established reputation for designing and maintaining high-end gardens. We provide professional planting, garden maintenance and specialist pruning, for residential and commercial gardens. We cover gardens in Surrey, South London and the surrounding areas. The company has been established for over 10 years.
The Team:
We are a friendly, sociable and hardworking team, and are passionate about investing in professional development. Many of the team members have worked with us for over 3 years. You can be part of a garden build team at Chelsea Flower Show.
About you – experience
- Previous gardening experience and knowledge is essential (garden maintenance and plant knowledge)
- Good level of spoken English
- Clean UK driving licence preferred but not essential

- Highly organised with good time management and reliable
- Great attention to detail and ability to produce a high standard of work
- Confident using technology - able to use company app to communicate and manage jobs
- Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
What we offer
- £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Permanent contract
- Full time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Uniform, equipment and PPE are provided
- 28 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays
- An extra day of annual leave per years’ service (up to a maximum of 5)

An enhanced DBS check will be carried out for this role.
The working hours are 7.45 am – 4.30 pm.
