Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments to meet client needs and preferences
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client desires and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or hair treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries with professionalism
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and offering constructive feedback to foster their development
- Stay current with industry trends and new techniques through ongoing education and training
