Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our holiday makers, owners and visitors, providing exceptional administrative support while ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Maintain an organised reception area, including managing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Use a booking and owners system for all park based admin.
- Support financial operations by following purchase order procedures and banking procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Help in the bar during hospitality break times.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is essential
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
