As a CBRE Engineer, you will be a part of a teamresponsible for a site’s equipment maintenance and Service. This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical team. They are responsible for providing support,preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems,
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, andrestore routine technical service and equipment.
- Address major network problemsimpacting multiple business locations, major network elements, or site outages.Verify all documentation is accurate and maintained.
- Maintain documentation of routinemaintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technicalreference materials.
- Participate in user acceptancetraining of system and application updates and enhancements. Create trainingdocumentation.
- Apply in-depth knowledge ofstandard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignmentsand provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depthknowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplineswithin the function.
- Lead by example and modelbehaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensusand convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer,operational, project or service activities within own team and other relatedteams.
- Work within broad guidelines andpolicies.
- Explain difficult or sensitiveinformation.
- Work as part of a team in a regioncovering day to day and on-call.
What You’ll Need:
High SchoolDiploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will beconsidered.
Handlingcertificate 2079 CAT-1
Meet the physicalrequirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbingstairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability toexercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness totake a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
Organizationalskills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
5 Yearsqualification experience in the industry at Engineer or above
