Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Services Strategy & Program Development Executive to lead the planning, development, and implementation of innovative community programs. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive community service strategies aligned with organizational objectives and community needs
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of community programs that promote public health, education, and social inclusion
- Supervise and mentor team members involved in program development, outreach, and engagement activities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Coordinate fundraising initiatives and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and donors
- Oversee marketing campaigns across social media platforms to raise awareness and increase participation in programs
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting, record keeping, and compliance documentation to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams or projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in marketing strategies and social media management for community outreach purposes
- Background in fundraising activities or grant writing is highly desirable
- Knowledge of public health principles and experience teaching or conducting educational workshops is advantageous
- Solid administrative experience with attention to detail and organizational skills
