About Tribal
Tribal is a global EdTech organisation providing innovative software solutions that support education providers worldwide. Our mission is to develop and deliver technology that helps institutions support learners, improve operational efficiency and achieve exceptional educational outcomes.
EBS is a flexible, modular Student Information System (SIS) used by Further Education, Higher Education and vocational training organisations. It enables institutions to manage student information, streamline processes and improve engagement through a single, integrated platform.
The Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll partner with customers throughout their EBS journey, helping them realise the full value of their investment.
You'll lead and support software implementation projects, deliver consultancy and training services, share best practice and build strong relationships with customers. You'll work closely with institutions to understand their objectives, recommend solutions and help them improve processes that directly impact staff and learners.
No two days are the same. You could be:
Delivering customer workshops and training sessions
Leading software implementation projects
Advising customers on best practice and process improvement
Developing project plans and managing key deliverables
Supporting product adoption and customer success
Resolving customer challenges and providing expert guidance
Contributing to discovery sessions, demonstrations and pre-sales activities
The work you do will directly help education providers improve the student experience, increase efficiency and make better use of technology to support learners.
This is a remote role with occasional travel for customer workshops, project activities and meetings.
