The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our operations team, providing vital support across a broad range of administrative and operational activities to help keep the business running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day administration.
- Preparing operational paperwork and documentation.
- Assisting with customs and shipping documentation (full training will be provided if you don't have previous experience).
- Supporting our dispatch function and coordinating operational activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is completed to a consistently high standard.
- Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Providing support across different areas of the business as new projects and opportunities arise.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

- Wants to build a long-term career and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Experience with customs documentation or logistics would be an advantage, but it is by no means essential. We will provide full training to the right person.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
